Dr. Frankie H. Young, Apostle is a visionary. God has entrusted her with a paramount vision that includes the “City of Hope”, which encompasses housing, business, missions, and evangelistic outreach ministry with food and clothing distribution programs for the local community as well as abroad. The order of God, the wisdom of God, and the excellence of ministry are present in Apostle Young’s life and are evident to all who encounter her. Because of her profound teaching of the pure Word of God and being established in the Doctrine of Christ; many pastors, churches, and fellowship organizations seek instruction and impartation from this anointed, powerful vessel of God. The grace and the glory of God are upon Apostle Young. The Lord has enabled her to build one of the greatest end-time ministries in the world. She flows mightily in the apostolic anointing, operates in each of the Ascension Gifts, and is known as a “Pastor to  Pastors.”

It has been a  passion of Apostle Young to reach out to those that need a helping hand up.  It is her desire to develop self-esteem in those that have been faced with challenges in life.  Apostle Young’s motto is,

"We are blessed to be a blessing!"

The House of Marah is a vision given to Apostle Young several years ago.  It is time for the vision to speak and not lie.  The House of Marah has been established as transitional housing for women ages 40 - 60 years of age.  Our purpose for the House of Marah is to offer a hand up, not a hand out; serving responsible women in need of short or long-term excellent housing.  Each   applicant will be accessed depending on their personal need.  It is our endeavor to serve women who desire to remain independent without sacrificing their integrity or character.
